Thread: Fitness/ gym/ diets ...

    Default Fitness/ gym/ diets ...

    I am trying very hard to go daily at the gym, cuz believe me ... i am not a sport person, but i have a goal to achieve (-5kg before 18 december)...

    It's so f*** hard to get to the gym.... but then, when you start working ... everything feels easier ...and you feel so good when you finish the program , especially if you relax in the sauna

    And DIETS (whoever invited them....agrr).... in a world where all the food is poisoned.... what should you eat? not even the fruits or vegetables are 100% natural ...it's hard to start ... but when you do... you feel lighter... and healthier...#

    But how am i suppose to stop eating pizza and drinking coke?!

    Any ideas to make all this easier?

    I know its hard but your going to have to set a routine and stick by it after 1 week it will be better.

    once told me,you have 3 enemies in health,sugar,salt and processed foods.1 can of coke is like eating 10 teaspoons of sugar,and dont get me started on the pizza.

    everything in moderation... then plenty of exercise and sex!

    Go every other day to gym so this way you will allow muscles to recover ( focus more on cardio than lifting). Avoid sugar , processed food and bread.


    Pizza is in the top of 10 fatty foods! drinking coke is like drinking a small bag of sugar.

    Replace coke with herbal tea or water.
    Replace pizza with brown pasta and veggies all nicely roasted with a pinch of nuts.

    Replace bad food gradually.

    It is all duable Luna
