I weight train 3 days a week and do cardio 3 days a week so I know a lot more then what Im telling Luna because she does'nt need to work out 6 days a week and we have different goals... Weight loss is easy all it takes is motivation.. So if your recommending pills,tabs, powders then you sir are way off the mark..



    Never mind the bars,pills and energizers.... do it all natural.

    Dont be just eating salads etc either you need red meat
