    Yes, i will try drinking only water... i am not eating white bread anymore, and sea food is m fave.

    haha, no probs man. i like helping ppl out with this stuff. weights are more my forte also, 290kg squatter and 330kg deadlifter, but the entire body system has to be known perfectly also, to produce those kind of results. contrary to popular belief, cardio is a small portion of fat loss, heavy weights are the key. when the big spin craze took off, never have i seen so many 'cardio fit' fat ppl lol

    caffeine as in coffee is actually very useful if timed correctly. its a very powerful natural stimulant, which has alot of positive effects on the body, in moderation.

    then dont do it, unless you plan on doing a marathon?

    srsly, though, running isnt required at all.

    rule number one, dont do the exercises you dont feel comfortable with or just plain hate. loads of ways to skin a cat.

    lifting is much more important than cardio, that is a very common mistake believe it or not
