    I do alot more than that but for a woman whos already in decent shape then theres no need to do more than what I just said

    Luna, if your profile albums are recent, and you want a professional opinion, then i wouldnt advise you to aim for 5kgs weightloss. it will come off from shoulders downwards. you'll lose cup size and emphasis a pear shape. now, maybe thats the shape you're after, i dont know, but if its hour glass then its a case of pronouncing muscle to create an illusion.

    5kgs is ambitious in that time period and the loss will be mainly water and lean tissue (which you dont want). the best thing concerning fat loss is to activate metabolism and muscle to utilize cals, not 30mins 'exercise'.

    My metabolism is very slow... i do most of the thigs you say, just to have the weight i have now...

    But if i want to loose more than that i need to work more.... and i am going to do it...

    I am taking some pills also to activate metabolism. And i am working at the gym around 1 hr ... plus sauna. I will work more, but it has to be graduate ... as my body is not used to sport

    Plus lots of salads, cereals... and fat burning bars, fat burning pills, and energizer.

    The wired thing is that i am not eliminating liquids at gym, and i can't drink 2 l of water daily even though am trying hardly ... cant drink over 1,5 l...

    Yep because telling us your qualifications is going to make me recognize you out of the thousands of other fitness instructors etc in ireland :/

    So in your professional opinion she shoudlnt stick with the pyramid table? I weight train 3 days a week and do cardio 3 days a week so I know a lot more then what Im telling Luna because she does'nt need to work out 6 days a week and we have different goals... Weight loss is easy all it takes is motivation.. So if your recommending pills,tabs, powders then you sir are way off the mark..

    Never mind the bars,pills and energizers.... do it all natural.

    Dont be just eating salads etc either you need red meat
