I don’t know about you guys but you have to give MASSIVE respect to the grandfathers of rock.

Yesterday we were talking about The Verve and how they were a great group (which they were without doubt) but like most groups these days they’re only on top a few years, not many bands can say they’re still going strong after 50 years in the business.

Even for these guys to be still alive considering the rock ‘n’ roll lifestyle they've had is a miracle never mind going on tour again after 50 years.

So out of their massive collection what’s your favourite Stones song? This is mine I love it!

Bit ironic the stones and the verve mentioned together when the verve sampled the stones for bittersweet synphony and ended up paying out big time.
