We got a new firewall recently and apparently this is the issue... The lads are working on it now x

To date we have used 123flashchat.

The developers of this are a Chinese company and despite the fact it is one of the most expensive chat softwares out there, tech support when there is an issue seems to be non-existent. Can't get any response from them regards the current issue we are having and last time we had an issue it was the same story. So, I am thinking, maybe we should get another chat solution instead.

I'm wondering, does anybody who uses chat know of any good chat software?

E.g. If you use chat on X website and find it good, tell us, and we can find out what software they use, and maybe we can get it too.

Chat room is getting fixed this week, but the way things are going with 123flashchat, I think it may be fixed by us bringing in a new chat system!

Haven't had a lot of experience with chat rooms but I asked a mate and this is what he came back with, not sure if it would be any help but hey you never know
