The image in question has been pinched (an adjustment to slim part of the subjects body) in three separate locations. While pinching is regularly used by fashion photographers it is always done against a neutral background as it bends and distorts the pixels nearby hence the bent blocks. Unfortunatly the person who made this adjustment has a lot to learn about photographic post processing.
Photoshop means an end to ugly ! EEEHHH No but only when in the right hands
