I think the OP has a valid question and it has been asked before! But any thread even mentioning prices seems to end badly!
Anyway, I'm like James. If I want to see a lady, I'll pay her whatever her rates are.
It's her prerogative to charge what she wants, for whatever duration (even if it doesn't make sense to others). It's my prerogative to decide whether I want to see her or not (obviously only if she agress to see me).

Personally I can see both sides to the debate. If you look at it from a purely business perspective then it stands to reason that 1hr would simply be double the 30min price. But at the same time while an escort could go do her own thing inbetween 30min bookings [whatever that entails], the hour ensures that the full 60mins is spent working. For that reason I can understand why 1hr solid would be a bit more expensive.
