It is perfectly legal to run any social introduction agency. If your ads do not offer prostitution, you do not offer a premises and you do not know anything about the services ladies may offer. Infact, you can pay tax on that. No different to running a dating agency. The Internet opened up things to closer inspection, what with reviews and so on.

Agencies are illegal in UK because it is only legal if you can show you are not exerting any control over the escorts, and taking bookings is considered exerting control. There has been lots published over the years regarding who runs agencies and brothels in Ireland. Sure google would probably bring it up.

I don't think there is. Looks to me like whoever is running agencies in Ireland is getting away with it by large. Very few cases in recent years.

You are talking about 1 case from a few years back. I'm saying I'd like to know more than that. I'm not going to judge that all agency escorts in Ireland are working under the conditions of 1 case a few years back. I want to know more.
