No, they are not protected from them but are free to do their business as they wish without fear of a bad review.

In other countries the review system doesnt exists. Spain for example is one of them..

Hi folks,on my phone so it was awkward to read all the previous posts!I had a bad situation on Monday night and it has relevance to this thread! On Monday I seen a lovely looking lady with verified photos but no reveiws so I posted a thread in the reviews section to see if anyone had visited but unfortunately nobody had so I said I'd take a hit for the team and find out for myself! When I was met in the apartment by somebody who definitely wasn't the lady I declined the appointment and left! I came home and left a negative review and replied to my own thread in the reviews section to warn other customers! In both review and thread I made myself clear that it was a sham and that the advertising lady did not exist! So when my review got posted to her profile which stated it was not her,she/they opted out of the review system but still had verified photos and still has verified photos!i was annoyed by this as clearly they are duping people by having (somehow)verified photos even though it definitely isn't the person! I think EI mods do a good job in a tough situation but this is a chink in their armour!

In such situation your review was/had to be an N/A as you did not stay with the lady.
Did you read how the verification process goes? I think not.
If the verification picture sent to E-I staff match the rest of the picture the escort has on her profile it is an verified profile and has nothing to do with the review system, closed or open. An verified profile doesnt mean 100% that you will meet the girl in the pictures.
If she opted out reviews is her choice to do so and it is respectable.
Now, she will have work, even if is not the lady in the pictures, because not everyone will go away.

A chink its a big gaping hole, until you posted a negative review that profile would have allowed reviews , she/they would have been happy to con gentlemen such as yourself all day long , there is nothing you can do really , the auld bait and switch , multiple girls using same profile ......its an age old problem

Is no problem there whatsoever.
What matters and it is important is the client to be clean, show up on time and to treat the escort properly.

I dont think any escort would give a bad service to such customer.
