    Not at all. If I lived in Poland then my prices would be cheaper. If I lived in Thailand, they would be cheaper still. I dont live in either and so I think the fee is proportionate to the costs of the economy I am working in. The profit margins would be roughly the same as my cost of living would be dramatically lower, no?

    Sex tourism is pretty icky too. Such beautiful places and people being exploited. Yuck

    Well no... The cost of living in Ireland is less than 300% higher than that in Poland. But the cost of an escort is 500% higher. That doesn't sound proportionate to me.
