Clyde, you know better than to start a price thread!!!! As to my opinion, I don't believe there is a need for a cap, I think most clients have a base below which they will not visit, at least in my case that is true.

Some ladies have to drop their prices in certain counties/cities to be competitive. That's pretty much it. Nobody's going to tell anyone that they have to charge 100 no matter what, that's regulation, and that shit won't fly. Maybe if the government big wigs pulled their thumbs outta their asses and just legalised it already ther could be regulation. That's never going to happen though. Quite a few girls charge 50euro for 30 mins,
Then when you ask about different services the price jumps up dramatically (reminds me of ryanair sometimes)

Well where does it end at one point 80% of te the girls charged 150e for 30mins maybe even close to 95%. Whose to say no girl should charge 120e for 30mins?
