How would they know it was their child, before paternity tests?
There's a difference between getting pregnant by someone who's your partner (doesn't matter what your job is) and getting pregnant while you work. You'd have no idea who the baby belonged to. Might as well give out raffle tickets and pick one out of a hat. I'm guessing not many would want to win that raffle lol.
I'm not disputing that clients/escorts can fall in love and live happily ever after but no relationship should be formed on the basis of 'I'm pregnant! Let's get married and grow old together'.

Interesting question. It made me think.
The real answer is that we'd know how we'd like to act, but as to what we'd actually do? Nobody that hasn't been in that situation knows.
Personally, I would like to think that I would support the child both emotionally and financially. I wouldn't have a romantic relationship with ANYONE based on the emotional pull of having a child together, because that is a recipe for misery, and a child brought up by two loving parents who aren't together will surely be better balanced than a child brought up in a relationship based on emotional blackmail (whether the blackmail is intended or perceived). If something happens to form a relationship outside of the issue of having a child (in other words, if both parties find themselves liking each other) then good for them.
The question of whether to bring up the child, abort, or give up for adoption, that probably deserves a separate thread.

Don't do the crime if you can't do the time. I would want to be absolutely sure I was the father first, but this is the risk when we sleep with anybody. I would have a good bit of explaining to do to my family and friends, but I would absolutely step up and take care of the kid.
