It would be crazy for an escort and a client to have unprotected sex even if they were having a relationship. She presumably would be still seeing clients and her partner couldn't be trusted. Sure what client can be trusted. If he saw escorts behind his wife or girlfriend he's not going to stop even if he's in a relationship with an escort. Of course there are the odd exception. But most can't be trusted
