Oh, the sticky issue of anal cleanliness is sometimes the smelly elephant in the boudoir. But does it need to be so?

The ideal situation is an anal douche before hand. It takes 5 minutes or less to do, and can be self administered or part of the foreplay between really close or really kinky players. It cleans out whatever may be lurking, and then some. And the effects can last for a good few hours before another douche is needed. In other words, you don't have to touch before every round of anal sex, assuming one is going to be sodomized more than once in a day. Which is quite feasible if one is a sex worker. But my point is, after douching, the dick literally comes out looking even cleaner than it would after being withdrawn from the vagina.

I remember my first anal experience that got me hooked. As it had been a spur of the moment thing, and back then I didn't own any douche equipment, he buggered me as was.
