Do you think confidence is important for someone in this tough world? I think it is.. that's why another "Ladies Rules" can be Arch you spine,and shoulders back.This is a good posture.You are not confident until you decided to be . Is confidence something that people around give it to us , or is it something that we develope everyday by being proud of ourselves in one way or another?

    Yes, I think people around you play a very big roll in giving you confidence , praising you when you do things and spending time to listen to you so that you feel worthy.

    You also gain your own confidence from achieving things yourself and from life experience itself. People have different types of confidence too. They may be very confident at work but have no confidence socially.

    I think good looks can help give you confidence . Would you agree ?

    Of course..i always thought that if you like what u see in the mirror when u wake up in the morning will definetly help you to get more confidence in yourself for the rest of the day
