[SIZE="4"]Q1. On a dark and rainy night a hitchhiker was having no luck finding a ride. Finally a car stopped and he got in. But something was very odd-there was no driver! Suddenly the car started moving. The hitchhiker saw a curve coming up and reached for the steering wheel but a hand came through the window and turned the car. The ride continued, and each time a curve came, the hand reached in and turned the car just in time. Finally the car stopped and the hitchihiker ran into a bar, ordered a large Scotch, and told everyone what had just happened. Then two men came up to him. What did they say?

Q2. A man threw a brick through the window of a truck; the driver lost control of the vehicle and was killed. The police found a trace of DNA on the brick but there was no match on their database for the DNA sample. The man had no criminal record and his DNA was not on the police database, but they still caught him. How?

Q3. The police followed and stopped a car that was being driven erratically. The policemen asked the man to get out and then gave him a breath test. The man laughed-but he failed the test, as he was drunk. The policeman read him his rights but the man just kept laughing. The policeman said, ''I am going to charge you with drunk driving.'' ''You cannnot do that,'' the man replied. And he was right. Why?

Q4. Noales is an incompetent worker in a large financial consulting company. He is a complete blunderer who makes errors in all his reports, upsets customers, and comes up with hopeless ideas. Why is he retained as a well-paid and treasured employee?

Q1: Next time you can push

Q2: He commited another crime a few years later that he was caught for, when the police took a DNA swab for this crime they were able to match it to the older case.

    OR

He was related to the person in the truck so their DNA was very close so the police knew he only had 1/2 other family members so were able to catch him that way.

Q3: It was a left hand drive car and the Garda went to the wrong side so instead of testing the driver he tested the passenger in the front. (it's a very old tale to which a few people I know lay claim to being there or at least a friend of a friend was)

Q4: His family/relations own the company?

By the way, congrats on the Mod job.

Q1: What I was trying to convey was that the car was broken down and he jumped into the front, the had coming in the window was that of one of the lads pushing. Surly I have the spirit of the answer and the exact phrasing shouldn't really matter.

Please don't infract me for questioning your authority :D

Q4: The company has a quota on certain races/religions/disabilities/sexes etc. and Noales fits that criteria so they can't fire him until they find another bi-sexual Chinese cross-dressing Muslim with green hair, or something along those lines, if you know what I mean.

Ok MM havre decided to give you the full answer and let you decide for yourself. :)

They keep Noales well away from the customers but involve him in internal meetings. They listen carefully to the terrible advice that Noales gives and then do the opposite.
