    Q1 I've no idea but I'll be checking back through the day to see what ideas ppl have :)
    Q2 fear of flying? not a good thing for a pilot? again I've no real idea.
    Q3... to reduce overall drag on the flock but another reason is that it's thought that the shape makes it easier for the birds to communicate with each other
    I may not post every day put I read the questions and ponder them for the day... great idea magicalman

    Q3. Correct Daywalker and well done. :)
    It reduces air resistance to the flock, and each bird has a clear view of what's in front. As with Olympic indoor cyclists, each bird takes a turn doing the more demanding front-flying task.

    It was indeed Lonely and well done. :)

    The frist artificial earth satellite was launched by the Soviet Union in 1957. The cosmonaut called Laika died in the experiment because he was unable to withstand the temperature and pressure. Laika was a dog.
