What is Happiness? How do you fell it? How do you know your happy?

why are we so concerned with our looks? with our clothes? with our hair, make up, style?
why are these things in life so important?
ok I get the all if you look good you feel good! but why is society trying to set standarts on what pretty is? is blonde pretty is brunette ugly? why should I be slim? why should we have a perfect body that the society says it is. In the Renaissance women were sexy and beautiful if they were actually (schocking I know) FAT!

What does it mean to be a real man?
Do men feel like a strong, real men when they wear a suit? Or maybe when they provide for their family? Or maybe when they make a woman feel good in bed?
I always wondered because I think women feel like a real woman all the time. I think we are born with more confidence then men are. We may feel superior more times then a man does. I actually think we are more alike as we think (well with the minor exception that maybe women think more then men, i'm talking about the fact that women analyze more then men a situation or an emotion)
