Whilst I am very new to the site I have been thinking it may be useful to have some form of host or moderator permanently in the chat rooms to encourage people to participate. Whilst I realise this is not a dating site or the like I have been in the mood to chat so to speak on a few occasions and no one was in the room so perhaps some other people may feel similar to this. I am sure there are arguments for and against this but I would really like to know what people think. :)

Not very long to go now till the festive season is in full swing. Yes I know it's only October but Christmas will be here before we know it. As the song goes it's the most wonderful time of the year and I truly love the whole atmosphere and nostalgic moments of reflection. Something about an old fashioned Christmas scenario I enjoy most with images of deep soft snow and shining stars in a clear sky combined with the occasional sound of a robin flittering from tree to tree.
