  1. Rapid Testing for HIV and Hepatitis C in GOSHH

    HIV can be controlled with medication so it does no harm to you or your sexual partners. Hepatitis C can be cured with a course of medication. In order to get these medications, and remain healthy, you need to know whether you are living with these infections. A rapid test is a quick and painless way of finding out.

  2. World Hepatitis Day 28th July

    As it is World Hepatitis Day this week i thought i would write a little something to clue you all up to the changes in screening, treatment and support available around Hepatitis C.

    Hep C is not one of the things generally tested for in a sexual health screen and as there is no vaccination, its a good idea to get checked if:

    - You have ever snorted cocaine and shared the toot (cone, straw)
