Head cold

Hi have had head cold for last six weeks. Being to doctors but cold gone for a few days and back just cant shake off. Have tried everything and taught had it gone on Friday and said I will be back punting for weekend but Saturday morning cold back again and Sunday just pains all over just can't shake anybody got quick cure ? Just want to get back punting soon.
