It is ironic considering the English upperclass or the type of people who would be in government are more likely to be into the above mentioned list of favorites. I'm sure there was one or two guys in that meeting with hardons thinking about being caned, six of the best from the master, and now they have just fucked themselves. I am surprised that a modern society like the UK would take such draconian measures.
