just tried to contact 3 different companies serving the public, some retail some civil, and can't actually speak to a human being. all automated. this drives me crazy.
why can't firms treat their customers with some bloody respect and actually talk to them.
i wish the ones that do this every success and the ones that don't the sooner you close and bugger off the better.
