Russia 3 Egypt 1 at full time. Russians on a roll. 8 goals in two games. A bit of luck for first goal but other two were good. Media writing about Russia as worst team there what do they think now.

8 goals in 2 games for the Russians which not many would have predicted considering their form over the last few years. Barring a shock result in tomorrow`s match they are on their way to the last 16 while Salah and his team mates can start preparing for the flight home after their final group match next week. From a Liverpool point of few I suppose the silver lining is that it gives him more time to rest ahead of the start of next season.

Russia are on their way to the last 16 and are scoring alot of goals. Coming into the world cup their form wasn't great. It will be interesting to see how they get on against uruguay and then maybe spain or portugal.

Assuming that Uruguay beat the Saudis tomorrow, the Russians will have qualified before they play the South Americans so they may rest a few players in that match. The real test of how good they really are will be against either Spain or Portugal in the last 16.

Surely there will be no shocks tomorrow with wins for uruguay, portugal and spain. How much will each of them win by, or will they win?

I would expect Uruguay and Spain to comfortably win their matches. Morocco are fighting to stay in the World Cup and may test Portugal but if Ronaldo shows the same form as last week then they should win.
