Not many ELITE top escorts visit Derry, for example, there is 10 advertising ATM.
4 of them opted out of reviews, the rest have less than 50 reviews each one. That's not what I would call Top. No offense to anyone.
Only Cindy is a top escort ATM, in Derry, in my humble opinion. Hundreds of reviews.

For a relatively small regional town/city it does well.
Out of the advertisements in Derry City at the moment there are only 4 female escorts that allow reviews and have their photos verified, these are the only ones I look at.
