I've seen plenty of guys with it, why would it freak a girl out... if it freaks her out its her problem. It may limit services but it shouldn't stop you from having fun.

Being new does not excuse a thread that implies that all escorts need a basic skin condition explained to them due to their ignorance. He says nothing about language barriers in the OP or the fact he was talking about any personal experience, although if that is the case, why tar us all with the same brush? Is it not possible to think about the words you use, or maybe this is where his miscommunication originated from? If he does not take care with his choice of words, then how is he going to explain himself to someone who has English as a second language when he is not using it wisely himself?
So... my point is fair when related to the original post and will not be retracted. It doesn't come across well.
