Prices too high

Just looking at some of the threads about price reductions and I agree with some of the comments.
I reckon the average price of €150 for 30 mins is far too high. Firstly you often get a crap service, you are tossed out after 20 mins and the girl is usually not like the airbrushed pics that got you excited in the first place.
The going rate in Europe is €50 for 15 mins with a model, granted it's a wham bang experience but most lads would be happy with that. After all it's now only a quick flight costing €20 return. So you can have 3 rides for the cost of 1 in dear old rip off Ireland.
Just back from Malta where the rate was €25 !!!
The only reason we are being charged the €150 is that thick Paddy is willing to pay it.
If you kept your lads in your pants for the month of June as a sign of protest prices would soon be coming down.
It was the Irish that invented the phrase boycott after all.

I fully concur with a punting moratorium for the month of June or longer if necessary, but I feel that a selective ban on resident escorts is more likely to be supported by punters and therefore succeed.

All that's required now is to spread the word. There's nothing that an escort hates more than the silence of zippers remaining shut.

Specsavers will have a great month in july and A&E will be over run with repative stain patients <- is not for cool....
But not sure if moratorium will solve anything in the long run... there is always the danger that escorts will lower the quality of service to match the price.
I still think survival of the fittest or natural selection will sort this out, the bad girls with crap service need to named and shamed and equally for the good ones need to be praised... is the review system the way forward? i dont know.

If escorts do try to lower their services/charge for more extras, then it's up to punters to post bad reviews and add them to bigpaws list of bad/greedy escorts.

There is of course the possibility of slippage, i.e. escorts trying to push rates up again. My own suggestion, is that after the punting moratorium ( June 1st to 30th inclusive) all punters reenter the market quoting the new Irish Punting Rate (IPR) of 75/150. Ring around quoting this rate, and until the resident escorts accept the new really, continue to visit the genuine touring escorts only. By genuine touring escorts i am refering to escorts who are not domiciled in Ireland, rather than say Dublin based escorts who take themselves of to Cork, Limerick, Galway or whereever for a week.
