"Faithful" to one Lady?

Just wondered if anybody is actually "faithful" to one lady?
With so many reviews professing undying love to an escort, "She is the best" etc etc
Does anyone stick with one lady and one lady only?
Especially if she is a touring escort

I am guessing not!

If we can't even stay faithful to our wives/girlfriends then how could we possibly stay "faithful" to an escort???
