If I were you, i'd sign up on *url removed* where you can offer phone chat and direct chat to anyone in any country, depending on what country you list under, using skype. It may be better for you to list in the UK as the site is very underused in Ireland.

Hi there, I think they don't offer a service to list an Irish number... ?Get round it by ticking the box for skype and getting them to call you on that- alternatively, tick the box for 'you call them' which is always more popular, and again, call on skype/ internet phone cos it is so cheap. xx
