I don't decide if reviews are positive, negative or neutral?

The client rates his "overall experience" and depending if the client rates the experience as good, bad or neutral, that dictates what icon the review gets.

It is so, when looking at a list of reviews, people can see at a glance if the reviewer is saying he had a good bad or neutral experience with the lady.

Where is clearly wrong, that's because the client must have selected the wrong option. We hope to make it even more difficult for clients to select wrong options shortly as we know it is happening a bit. I can't see the review you linked to, but tell me its number and I will check it out for you.

No its not Westie. If the client wanted to convey neutral he's have said "neither satisfied or dissatisfied", not that he was only "fairly satisfied" as opposed to "very satisfied".

a person could be fairly satisfied but still not go back due to various reasons. If a person is hesitant to reccommend and wouldnt go back themselves then that ,from that clients ,aka the reviewers ,prospective,is definately a neutral review.

    Sincerely,

Lets say Sarah is unlucky enough to hear of me and stupid enough to date me.Now, we ,due to a fault of hers, break up and you and i meet. Now lets say you ask Sarah what im like. Her answer to you is, that she would not be sure about me but def wouldnt go out with me herself.Ok?

Now,would you go out with me or would you trust me?????The answer is no.

    Same with the reviews Sweetie,

So basically what u are saying is that when it comes to deciding if a review is positive, negative or neutral its all down to the satisfied or dissatisfied section
and the text is irrelevant. Is their then a way to edit my reviews as i was begenning to
wonder because i have a few which if u went by the text are while maybe not negative
were intended to be neutral rather than positive.also how many satisfied options does a
review reguire before it is considered positive
seeing as this is the case from now on i will have to be more careful and will ultimately
have to grade that section much more harshly
