Default Hotels, why do you care?

Can somebody who works or has worked in the Irish hotel industry please tell me why some hotels as so against escorts?

I don't understand it. Of course if the lady was causing undue noise pollution to neighbouring rooms etc, I'd understand it, but most hotel rooms are empty until bedtime anyway.

Hotels are not our moral guardians. They don't care if Mr Smith and Mrs Jones check in together. Why so against escorts?

I've never had any problems, though saying that now is probably tempting fate!!

Maybe they don't like to think of 'that sort of thing' going on. I know back in the UK the don't give a fiddlers f*** what you get up to!!!

Having spent time in a Cork hotel recently though, there were a couple of girls working from the same one that were less than discreet, I couldn't get out quick enough for that reason!

    Default Hotels and Escorts

    Hi Patricia,

The general rule of thumb (at least the one I enforce) is that if the escort/punter is not indiscreet then it is not a problem. If not then action will be taken for a number of reasons , the most prevalent 2 being :
    - No hotel can afford to get a reputation as a "Knocking shop" as it will have a negative affect on the Tourist/Business bookings (people do not want to be seen staying in any premises that has this reputation.

    - The other (and probably the main issue) is the blurry legalities of the issue) If for example there was 6 Escorts working out of the hotel then as far as I am aware the owner of the premises may be held legally responsible for allowing his premises to be used for this purpose and for profitting from " immoral" earnings.
I am not saying that this is the exact ,or even accurate legal position, but it is the theory held by the majority of the people in the trade.

Hope this is of some help and I haven't rambled on incessantly.

    Post Checking Out!!!!

I think it's quite obvious why the management of a hotel would not like prostitution taking place on it's premises .............. I for one never ever vist escorts if they are staying in a hotel, I just don't feel comfortable at all ............ I tried it once with Romy but to be honest I couldn't wait to finish up and get out, it felt like being in a fish bowl!!!

Lots of clients feel the complete opposite... Say they only visit ladies staying in hotels as they find them clean / safe / easy to find environments!

I dont find them nice, safe or anything great. They are in fact simply not worth the trouble at all.I have only ever gone to an escort in a hotel once and never repeated it.An escort would really want to be good before id go to a hotel. But hey if it gets too complicated i can always ask the management. Also when i walk into a hotel people take more notice for some reason and im watched. Not comfy at all.

The less complications ,the easier my life,
    Westside.

the only way i do it is visiting escort in hotels or them calling to me if i'm booked in, if your visiting go to the bar have a drink whatever doesn't create as much suspicion, the only place I was caught was in UK hotel a black escort called to my room after over an hr. when she left the manager of hotel rang my room to say i was to 'leave the hotel wit immediate effect' I apologized &admitted what i was at & i was allowed to stay - a nasty experience
