Thread: Agendas

  1. #1

    Default Agendas

Is it just me or are the recent reviews of Anna Savicha written by somebody with an obvious agenda?
My view on those reviews was that things were a lot more personal and someone was consciously out to harm the girls business.
I see where Patricia has edited those “reviews” but ffs when it is that obvious that someone is out to cause harm they should never have been put up in the first place so perhaps a better move would be to remove them altogether if she feels something is not right.
I’ve not met the girl personally and have no vested interest here but her history here and elsewhere is more or less unanimously positive, surely the Mods should recognise certain patterns in long standing escorts reviews and be able to recognise when something is not right.
Granted a good service provider will also have her off days and should not be immune from negative comment in a review when it is deserved.
Putting aside the fact that Anna is opinionated and fiery, which is no bad thing really in the grand scheme of things, she appears to be 100% genuine in so far as what you see is what you get.
Freedom of speech is one thing but when people start abusing that and are left write what they like regardless of the harm caused then perhaps more stringent monitoring of the boards, particularly the reviews may be called for.
I’m not looking to debate the pros and cons of the review system or the right of people to post as they wish or even debate the merits or otherwise of Anna herself but when that right to post freely is being abused then the Mods should step in and delete them entirely because presently people are writing whatever they want with little or no thought to the actual consequences… or perhaps a good deal of thought was put into the consequences?

It's very sad to do this to escorts. But there is a smell of fustration in the air as a consequence of escorts abusing this review service to their own benefit, by faking reviews talking heavens of them, leading punters to feel abused, miselad, and ripped off. The situation now is turning against them, so who do we blame, fake escorts or fake punters? I agree AnaSavicha is 100% genuine, but then again in a situation out of control like this everyone may become a target. If the Muds had done their job first, i.e. deleting clear and obvius fake escorts reviews then maybe now this situation could be under control. The muds gave total freedom to escorts to do and undo at their own will, and now they are crying like nice little girls... this is like a fairy tale, cause I don't see it becoming a best-seller at all.

    It's a tough one dirtydan.

I think I am, like you, of the view that somebody with an agenda is out to cause Anna trouble here, and I don't want that person to win.

However, I don't think anybody here would thank me for deleting negative reviews without very good reason.

Does anybody else agree I should totally delete them, or alternatively feel they should stay?

Delete them. I mean it's too obvious this guy zizipanpan writes 4 reviews the same day, woow the guy must have got and extra dosis of Viagra to be able to afford 4 escorts in a row!!!

Ok, thanks everyone (including those who PM'd).

Last 4 reviews of Anna (the ones in question) deleted.

In general, I don't like deleting reviews. I think, in most cases, adding a comment is better than deleting, but I think it is fair to consider this situation an exception to that rule, so that is what I've done.

Well done Pat, I don't think you had any problems with sleeping, right? Now do same again even if it's the other way around, i.e. if the review is positive and crearly fake, and surely you will have no problems with sleep. You see Pat, sometimes it's about showing people your authority, guiding people's behaviour through your authority, cause anyone using this website is under your authourity this is what they all should understand and realise. Human authoirty cannot be understood by any sofware or IT system yet. But humans can understand how to get away with any sort of IT system or sofware on their way.

I agree Pat - I think it's better to leave the note than delete the review. The fact that an escort is courting fake reviews speaks volumes for her character and it is beneficial to see this.

This is my general opinion too.

Flypan, would you really want an E-I where I regularly decided reviews were fake and deleted them completely?

I know currently the reviews system doesn't clearly show detailed info about the reviewers (how many other reviews, message board posts etc they have) and this is an issue we should (and will) address as it would help readers make their own minds up.

But the fact is, in most cases of 'suspect' reviews, their is no clear evidence a review is fake. Is it right that I be judge and jury and decide what is fake and what is genuine in a situation where there is normally no clear evidence? If I did act like that, how many times a week would I get it wrong and delete a genuine review from a client purely because he doesn't have much history or allow a fake one through because it didn't smell strongly enough of self-promotion to me for whatever reasons?

Do you guys really want me deciding reviews are fake (based on very little or no evidence) and removing them? Would you rather not be given all the facts and left to make your own mind up?

Also, is it not logical to think false reviews written by ladies would greatly increase if we adopted the policy you are suggesting? If ladies knew I simply deleted any reviews I guessed were fake, they'd be no reason for them not to submit 20 fake ones a week, as they would know they'd either be accepted or not accepted, but either way it would be no harm to them to try?

I guess we have different view about the issue of delivering fake information, whaeather pics or reviews or personal details. You have to do what you think is right, I only can express what I would personally do. Sometimes when the herd has run wild, it's no harm to take action, in order to bring things to their balance state of being. How you approach all this is not up to me to judge, I only express my opinion in case it brings any good to you, and to me and to other users of this website. So what's the action I would take? I would take any action that would make this herd understand their limits and the kind of independent service this is. I would show I would not feel intimidated by pimps, escorts, or punters on their quest to damage and threat the reputation of this profesional service.
