Anyone can get someone to say that they are genuine. Its like the phrase that E-I is opposed to human trafficking. This is fair enough but how do the mods know that someone paying a fee for adverts is not being trafficked? They cant know for a fact.
A number of ways, but I think mainly...

If the lady has her own website and is reviewed on other websites we consider reputable, and there is nothing to suggest her photos are not accurate in any of her reviews etc, we will trust they are real. This is how we verify the photos of a lot of UK and US escorts.
We ask the lady to take a photo of herself with today's newspaper or similar and send it to us, to prove she looks like the photos she has submitted.
Westie is right though, we can never verify with 100% accuracy. Up until a while ago, I felt we were getting it right 99% of the time. Then, for various reasons, things got more difficult and I noticed we were starting to get it wrong more. This is why a few months ago we decided not to allow ladies to refuse reviews if their photos are verified. This way we hope at least if there is something amiss, the clients will help us by putting us right.
popularity has its drawbacks. but with that popularity you or I rely on this site to be informative, so you're relying on the photos and reviews to form an opinion (or moreso a lust) on who you'd like to visit or plan on visiting in my case to pop my cherry.
How about a freelance photographer that will take the photos for E.I. We do photography, videophotography and limosine hire. If anybody is interested we have a website on the net, email me at email@example.com for further details.
Again, this is true Westie, but that statement you are talking about links to a page with helpline numbers clients can ring if they suspect human trafficking, information about organisations working with trafficked women and what we can all do to influence government to take this issue more seriously etc. I'm not saying E-I can be sure it never advertises a trafficked woman, but we absolutely don't aim to, and we try to make everyone aware of the issue and what they can do to help if they come across it, and I do think that is worth something.

We very seriously considered opening a photo studio in London a few years ago, and asking ladies to ryanair over to us for affordable, professional photo shoots where we could then verify their photos ourselves, but in the end we concluded most Irish escorts wouldn't be bothered to travel to London. So, all we feel we can do currently is adverise Irish escort photographers, so hopefully ladies needing photos won't have trouble finding a photographer. We do that, and it is free for photographers to be listed: http://www.escort-ireland.com/busine...phy/index.html
