On the rules for posting reviews u say that it is against the rules to post a review all in CAPS so why is review 003148 a review of abi on the boards.
I also very much doubt by the tone and language and my personal experience with this lady if the review is genuine

Posting in caps is bad and we certainly do seek to discorage it. However, I don't think most people would thank us for censoring everyone who speaks in caps, especially because most do it out of internet etiquette ignorance rather than any more malign motives. I am looking at this review currently with a view to seeing if there is anything else amiss with it. Thanks.

The reviewers email address is real. He hasn't made any message board posts here yet, and the IP address he signed up from is an Internet Cafe I think. That's all I can find out, so not much I'm afraid.

chahge the rules to say that u discourage the practice
at the moment u say reviews will be rejected

Patricia always say what u mean remember u complained about westside not being clear enough.
or are rules only for when they suit
