I'm from a country where prostitution is legal. Imagining that a bad experience would go to court is highly unlikely. First of all the court system might pick up this case, but the punter would in 99% of cases be out several 1000 euros and loose the case as the ethical law would always let the escort win. Its a service provided by an escort and bought with accept by the punter. There is no guarantee that punter will like it as it is an individual service and individual services are different each time. The punter accepts this when he enters into this agrement.
And i'm speaking with lawyer experience.
Suing a escort for a bad experience? Yeah it could happend, but i'm going to bet that she wont ever loose.

again ,my point as to where im heading with this ,goes completely over peoples heads.

PS laws vary from country to country.you also have common law conflicts with equity.It really depends on the circumstances and jurisdiction.

I have refrained from participating in this thread as I find the REAL question west was asking, with all due respect west, a little ludicrious ........... but since people haven't been able to figure out what the question actually is, ie. would punters be willing to go public with the fact that they visit escorts even if it meant recieving as a result a better standard of service in the escort business ........... my answer is of course I wouldn't go public for various reasons too obvious for me to bother giving here now.
Hope this clarifies what west was asking for those of you who didn't understand his question ...........

with reference to your question i would not go public (too much to lose). but on the other hand maybe if it was legalised it might attract more new girls to the scene hence then the price might come down. who is going to sue over 75 euro for 30 mins (i live in hope)

as far as being back goes.....i wouldnt hold my breadth.Funny thing thats all i've being doing since the start of the year................only time i've gone outside is when i have to ........walk the dog,shopping and gymtime..........i stayed inthe rest of the time.

Ofcourse law is different from country to country. But ethics is in most cases the same in all west european countries and would be defended the same way.

What i do not get is why the lust to write this question in a way that half the readers wont understand... Seems silly.

Willing to let the world know that i use escorts? Don't see it as a big thing, so would defintly consider it based on the situation.
