One of the things I hate is seeing anyone or animal in pain , being bullied, sufferring etc. So much so that I often will refuse to say watch a movie if I know there is going to be this type of content in it. Having said that I am often amazed how moved people can be if they hear of a sick or distressed animal. Particularly in the UK, you can have an appeal seeking money for the starving in such and such place or those people made homeless by a natural disaster and the appeal will do ok but have an appeal for a donkey who needs a heart transplant and the donation phones wont stop ringing !!
