    Default Pre-meeting Insomnia

As I have said before I like to organize my appointments a few days in advance.
I have discovered a side-effect of operating this policy.
For up to 2 nights before the big day I find myself tossing and turning in bed not being able to drift off.
Its like being a child on Christmas eve, all excited.
Interested to know if anyone else affected the same or is it just me.

This has happened to me a couple of times, though I often have insomnia even if Im not meeting anyone the next day.

Anyways, back on topic. (LDM on topic, whatever the f*ck next???). I've never booked an appointment anymore than 24 hours before hand. Well ok maybe stretch to 30 but I always booked day before! Now... Never gotten insomnia but have always been extremely nervous from point at which I've contacted the lady till the point I get there
