    Before anyone can answer that, I think the parameters haver to be defined properly.
    this problem has actually been thought of originally by A. einstein .
    A person in a train can actually be moving and stationary at the same time, it all depends which reference point in space is taken into account.
    a person in a train is moving if the reference point is outside the train(ex; train station)but is stationnary if the reference is inside the train.

    Of course to carry out the experiment properly the train should be in a vacuum.

    Also if the guy has a spring in His step and he leaves the surface of the train for a split second the moving train would displace his position therefore he would walk frOm front to back in a quicker time than back to front.

    You would also have to measure the length of his legs a the stride is also an important fActor.
