I am English. I have good reviews. I hope I have a good reputation after working in Ireland for 5 years.
I got a fake bad review and I had to fight to get it taken down. I knew it was fake. It was it up to me to prove he could not have met me. Unfair! But that's how it was.
Thankfully, It was investigated. I was told I could post a reply to the review, but I wanted it looked at and removed. If the reviewer had not replied to the investigation (stating he had reviewed the wrong lady!!!) I am sure it would still be on my profile now.
I don't see any favouritism. Lots of ladies of all nationalities have had reviews investigated.
The girls on the team are usually helpful. Maybe send an email if you have a problem. It seems to work better than a phone call.
