All natural is always best! However, I'm not averse to enhanced boobies, especially when the surgeon has done a good job. Some enhanced boobies I've had the privilege of feeling have been pretty damn natural feeling to me!!
But too much silicone is a turn off. And too many surgeries or botox injections do leave their tell tale marks.
