An important part of communication with a client is giving directions. There's no point worrying about communicating with a client in the bedroom, if he can't even find out how to get to you!!
This is hard at the best of times but is more difficult when they are language issues. I suggest you get someone who's good at directions and has a firm grasp of the language to write down the directions for you. The you can read this out to clients when they call you. Alternantely, you may want to save the directions as a txt message which you can forward to clients when they are near your location. (Again you may not be comfortable with this, but I've found it very helpful when ladies have done this for me).
