Should an escort be allowed post the same fake photos after they are proven fake?

I ask this as I have submitted a fake photo report about one particular escort (don't bother asking for names) and was told that the fake images would not be removed. Granted these images were NEVER VERIFIED, as the escort had bought the images from a stock image gallery and even though they are fake they will not be removed from E-I as she has permission to use them from the owners of the images.

I put forward the case that this is the same as an escort getting a friend to pose for a photo and use that instead of her own, but alas, still told that the images will stay.

Would like to hear from escorts and clients alike.

I think if they are proven, not to be of the escort then they should be taken down. Permission or not to publish the pictures is irrelevant.

In my opinion an escort that posts fake pics should have the whole profile taken down and made to pay for a new profile and if that has fake photos take the profile down again and keep doing it till she puts real photos up or the agency she works for cottons on it's going to cost them money every time they put up fake photos.

Lady in question bought rights to this pics that is why pics stays in her profile, as far as I know those images are not verified.
I understand why this may upset Monster but it is also anusual situation.
Please do post your opinions about it and Me or Sam will introduce it to higher Management.

First of all sorry for my low english level but I would like to reply to you Monster.

Some days ago I have seen that you have reported an escort who is in my favourite list for fake photo. (on the 18/07).
Then her profile has been suspended, she changed her photos and now she still has the status unverified photo on her profile.

I met this girl and I can confirm 100% that the first photos or the new ones that she has now on her profile are 100% geniune.
(And more in a lot of her reveiws, people are saying she is the girl on the pictures and the pictures were always the same. I am checking her profile often to see if she is back in Belfast )

I don't know what to think about your post as on one hand I am happy to have people like you helping us to choose the right girl for an appointment but on the other hand I think in some case you are causing troubles for nothing to girls. And keep in mind that for them this is their job.

So my question is : If someone on this forum can make change the status of an escort from verified to unverified, can someone else correct this if he met the girl and can confirm that the photos are geniune ?

Why should it matter if she bought the rights to the images or not? If she has images of someone bar herself on her profile then should they not be classified as fake?

As I pointed out above you could easily get your friend to pose for you and get permission to use those images, we have seen this before and the photos were removed. So why should it be any different if you purchase the images??? If anything it would be worse as some model that may have nothing to do with the escorting industry has her pics plastered on an escort directory, which in my opinion isn't really fair on her either.

You and I can't reply to this question as :

We make a number of checks before we class any escort's photos as Verified (full details of which we do not publish here for the strategic reason that our system would be less effective if all escorts knew exactly how it worked)
