The quiet of an October 2004 morning at Galway, Ireland has been broken. Walsh's Recovery Service has sent a tow truck to Dock Street.
An unfortunate parking accident sent a small white hatchback into the cold bay waters of Roundstone. Wheels of the car are just to the left of the standing man in the water.
