that or maybe because its harder to deport someone without a passport most of the time they are released on bail untill they get travel documents and that can take a long time.

has any one thought that Middleton is a very small town and most people there know each other, that apartment complex is right by the guard station. It sounds on the other hand that the woman was the receptionist not the "brothel" owner, and why such a low fine if she was running an agency? surely the fine and sentence term would be higher
