Heard on the radio,the reason of the name was Harper=some book author Victoria was reading, seven=jersey number David wore during his playing days.
I thought it sounded more like a space opera like Blake 7.

I think some parents should be banned from choosing names for their kids on the basis that they're going to traumatized their kids for life! David and Victoria Beckham fall into that territory!
