Only in Ireland do I do 30 minute appointments. I'm not calling you guys cheap, but not many people ask for it here in the US. They all happily pay for the full hour (or more and also tip extra) and have a nice relaxing time. I think it comes down to the culture and the economy. That being said the Irish clients I did see were for the most part lovely men.
