This is gonna sound awful, but sure. It doesn't matter how attached you become, or close, this is still a business relationship. It's contract. You get a price, you agree, you get the service, you pay. Contract completed. It doesn't matter how close you get, make up or not, you ain't gonna end up in a LTR with the escort.
