I can honestly say that I don’t hate anyone, it isn’t that I don’t have the capacity to hate because I do but rather that I walk away from all situations where I either encounter hate or would be inclined to hate.

Hating someone takes up far too much time and energy, it is far easier and less stressful to just walk away.
