Speaking from a US perspective (I'm based in NYC)- this gem of a topic also regularly cums up over here;
Bareback does happen, but nobody with any sense goes near that in P2P world- but to deny it's relatively commonplace is just sticking your head in the sand- men think with their (bare throbbing) dicks & some girls either want the money or are naive to the real risks.
Regarding the above astute observation ( & again this is not an endorsement of unprotected sex in any way, just food for thought in general)- here in the Northeastern US, epidemiological evidence strongly suggests that you are more likely to catch HPV, HSV-2 & Hep B from a civilian (unprotected) one night stand than an escort who has the where with all to always use condoms!!

BTW- I would suggest that all punter educate themselves on the risks of STDs.. so that if in a moment of weakness you are offered BBFS, you can overcome your lizard brain!
